FROM THE MANUFACTURER
The Atomic Backland Pure is a lightweight alpine touring binding. The Backland Pure weighs 305g and comes with a leash. The binding is durable, easy to use thanks to the patented step-in aid at the front of the boot which automatically positions your boot to click in. There are two climbing aids that work separately from the heel tower, offering 7° and 13° positions. When looking at performance, the Backland Pure has a 40mm mounting to offer maximum power transmission on wide skis (which also reduces the risk of screws pulling out), and is compatible with standard crampons. The adjustable sole length is 30mm. Grab your skis, buy your bindings, and get out onto the mountain.
