On the flip side, you're not a fan of bulky pads restricting movement, and trapping in the heat as you ride. IXS is here to keep your confidence high without going overboard with the Flow Zip Knee Guard. This streamlined pad provides super thin and comfortable protection with Xmatter protection foam that absorbs impact, but allows flexibility for pedal mashing up technical climbs. And on the pedal-mashing climbs, you'll appreciate finding AeroMesh construction throughout the back of the leg, providing moisture-wicking ventilation to keep you cool. The top and bottom of the pad is equipped with a silicone gripper to help keep things locked in place, and a flexible zipper makes for easy on and off — a feature you'll appreciate when you find that you forgot to armor up before tossing on your shoes.
