Deciding whether to hit the resort or to head to the solitude of your favorite backcountry stash is never easy - but with the SCARPA Men's 4-Quattro SL ski boot, now you can do both without switching boots. This hybrid boot performs as well on a tour as it does in the resort, pairing a lightweight design with an impressive 120 flex rating that can handle everything from fresh powder to choppy chunder. Using a plant-based, eco-friendly Grilamid shell and four buckles, this boot has a stiff feel that still provides a progressive flex, giving a little when you push into the boot and pushing back as you initiate the turn to maximize comfort and power transmission to your skis. A large range of motion, 61 degrees, in walk mode increases uphill efficiency and the Speed Lock 4 lever is easy to manipulate with gloves on, so you can keep your hands warm and transition quickly. Complete with a heat moldable Intuition liner, the 4-Quattro is here to ensure you make the most out of your winter.

FEATURES

Shell		Pebax R-New Pebax® Rnew® materials are premium bio-based thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) made from the oil of the castor plant. They offer a unique combination of high performance properties: sustained flexibility at low temperature, high cold impact resistance, and outstanding energy return.
Outsole		PRESA© By Scarpa PRESA® is SCARPA’s proprietary outsole brand, born out of 80+ years of technical outsole design experience, to deliver the best traction solutions available. IKS technology features seven internal impact absorption “domes” in the outsole and midsole that function just like shock absorbers, compressing upon impact to absorb energy. The impact zones are anatomically mapped to provide additional shock exactly where it is needed the most, while maintained stability outside those zones. The midsole material itself is dual-density EVA, providing additional lightweight shock absorption. Incorporated into the midsole is a Dynamic Stabilizer Torsion frame made of TPU (thermoplastic urethane). The DST frame wraps under the arch and extends back along both sides of the heel, for outstanding rearfoot stability and torsion control. The lug design of the outsole provides confidence-inspiring traction via 4mm deep lugs and our SuperGum rubber compound, which balances high friction with durability. GripWalk Compatible
Insole		Ortholite Insole Ortholite is an open-cell PU foam with great resistance to compression set (less than 5% compression set). The open cell PU structure provides exceptional breathability, and the formulation also includes 5% recycled rubber content as well, providing enhanced rebound while lowering the impact on the planet at the same time.
