The new XT SL-M8100 shifter comes in two different configurations with either I-Spec EV which connects directly to new newest generation of Shimano brakes or the standard handlebar clamp which can still be used with Shimano brakes, along with any other brake system you might have on your bike. Features like Rapidfire Plus, allow you to smoothly shift through multiple gears at once to quickly find the perfect gear.
